Placement has been the challenge of most colleges big or small.
There are few reasons for why Placement of pass out graduates or post graduates of various courses is becoming an issue
Firstly many colleges do not have full-fledged placement cell and the teachers are given this exra responsibility and not all teachers take this with passion, zeal and enthusiasm so colleges have less brand positions.
